Norrisa Flores

Norrisa Flores is the Executive assistant to the CEO. Additional duties include contract management and providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, the Hospital Governing Board, and Department Heads. Flores joined the staff at Brodstone Healthcare in 2017, becoming Executive Assistant in 2018. Flores graduated from Bellevue University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration. She is a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Prior to her employment at Brodstone, Flores’ most recent background includes administrative management and hospital food and beverage.  She served in the U.S. Army National Guard as an 88M Medium Truck Driver and served a tour in Iraq in 2009-2010 prior to ending her 8 year career as a Non-Commissioned Officer.
