Patients & Visitors
Brodstone Healthcare strives to assure positive patient and visitor experiences.
We hope these patient and visitor policies will be of help to you!
The check-in or admissions area is just inside the north entrance. This admissions area is to be used by all hospital and clinic patients. Be sure to bring your insurance card(s) with you. The south entrance and admissions area may be more convenient for Cardiac Rehab and Physical Therapy patients as well as those visiting hospital patients. Upon being seated in a registration booth, staff will verify your appointment, review your demographics, advise you of the Privacy Policy and acquire written consent to treat you.
It is the policy of Brodstone to utilize armbands to identify patients who are present for hospital services. An armband must be worn by all patients who have been admitted for services, including emergency room, inpatient, swing bed, and all outpatient services.
Admission office hours are Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 pm. Admissions after hours, report to the emergency entrance.
For your convenience, we have links to forms that may be helpful to our patients and visitors. If you have any questions concerning any of these forms, please feel free to contact us.
