Vyzourek was specifically commended for his leadership. Since his hire in 2018, Treg has led the organization through the implementation of a new Electronic Medical Records system, led mental health service expansion and is currently undergoing a new construction project. In 2020, Brodstone was awarded a 5 star rating in Quality & Patient experience by CMS, only one of two facilities in the state of Nebraska to receive the double 5 star honor. Additionally, Brodstone has been named a top 100 critical access hospital by the National Rural Health Association twelve times, and a top 20 critical access hospital in 2020 and 2023.
