Superior, Ne – Brodstone Healthcare has planned a groundbreaking ceremony scheduled for June 3, 2021, at 10 AM. This ceremony will celebrate the start of major construction on Brodstone’s new expansion. This expansion will provide a new state-of-the-art emergency room, new patient rooms, chemo infusion suites, and a healing garden. Crews have spent the last several months completing exterior projects and working on the demolition of the existing structure in preparation for the new construction.

Why is Brodstone constructing such a large expansion? Brodstone has continued to see an increase in its patient load and continued growth throughout the facility. The additional space is necessary for Brodstone to continue providing the best patient care possible. The new expansion will provide the safety, security, and privacy Brodstone’s patients deserve. This new space will also allow Brodstone to bring in additional specialists and recruit new healthcare providers to the area. This will further give Brodstone patients the convenience of having all of their healthcare needs handled close to home.

Construction of the new expansion is slated to be completed in the summer of 2022. Many areas within the present hospital structure will be remodeled following the expansion.
