Superior, NE – Brodstone Healthcare is thrilled to announce the arrival of Remington Kelan Effenbeck, the first baby of the year born at the hospital. Remington, weighing 7 pounds, 15 ounces, made his grand entrance on January 9th, 2025, to parents, Dana Stouffer and Cody Effenbeck of Deshler. Also proudly welcoming Remington are siblings: Addison (7), Kipton (5), and Blakelyn (2), as well as grandparents: Monte and Donna Stouffer and Elaine Crawford and Scott Effenbeck.

To celebrate the occasion, Remington and his family were presented with a special gift from the Loose Thread Sewing Circle. This handcrafted quilt is a cherished tradition at Brodstone Healthcare, symbolizing warmth and welcome for the newest members of the community.
